"AIDS. The vaccine of the truth," that I work 'I published in 1995 under the pseudonym Thomas Montfort has produced irrefutable evidence of the lie associations and the official rate of reliability of condoms. It brought together a unique amount of medical evidence, scientific investigations and technical information from various sources and high-level, the most important were carefully hidden from public authorities. In particular:
- A study of the University of Texas Medical Branch . Performed by eleven teams under the supervision of Professor Susan Weller and called Meta-analysis of condom effectiveness in reducing sexual transmission of HIV, indicating an overall efficiency of 69% One year 100 reports a year (in Soc.Sc.Med., Vol.36, No. 12, pp.1635-1664, 1993).
- editorial The New England Journal of Medicine 11.8.1994 (Vol. 331 No. 6, p.391), which reported on the work of the International Conference on AIDS in Yokohama (August 1994). It validated the synthesis study by Professor Susan Weller then, about a survey European Centre for the Epidemiological Monitoring Committee (EESC) AIDS (in fact, a team from the National Hospital of Saint Maurice) investigator-initiated French Minister of Health, he expressed the common feeling that "The sample of [persons followed] was not large enough to rule out a transmission in a higher rate of 1.5% person-years among regular users of condoms. "
What, already lying in a burst, political power had wanted to believe through a dependent structure was severely stigmatized in an international scientific free from any pressure. Note that, in Yokohama rapporteur of the EESC's work, the doctor Isabelle de Vincenzi concluded, in the journal Biofutur June 1994: "The safe sex (safe sex) excludes any type of penetration, with or without condoms, with the exception of relationships between uninfected partners and faithful ... Any type of sexual penetration with HIV positive or of unknown HIV status has a potential risk ... prevention messages to give objective, if only implicitly, to achieve zero risk does not correspond to any reality or psychological or social or epidemiology. " - The revelations of the head of the Polymer Properties Section Naval Reserch Laboratory in the USA, CM Roland : "The area of condoms appears as a surface covered with craters with a diameter of 15 microns and a depth of 30 microns. Other studies cited corroborate these truths. But already in 1995 at the height of the campaign to promote condom use, it was unforgivable to express a viewpoint contrary to official pronouncements on the subject, and anyone who ventured were violently attacked and labeled a criminal. Yet, on the occasion of an action brought by the State Council coordination of associations (CID) against its circular dated April 15, 1996 on AIDS prevention in schools, François Bayrou, former Minister of Education, informed the complainants of the content of scientific evidence that showed my book on the dangerously limited reliability of condoms has totally avoided the debate. The government - the first health minister, Douste-Blazy - was careful to cite the work in court or even to challenge publicly the contents. The author had expected, at least, a flock of green wood from the official authorities concerned put in issue namely, associations and so-called prevention. It did not happen and the press orders, largely awarded copies of the book, for its part, surrounded this issue from a devastating wall of silence. "AIDS. The vaccine of the truth" was broadcast as part of a third edition, 5,000 copies to the bishops of Africa Francophone 1996.Aujourd 'hui, this book has not aged. It has even been reinforced largely by a more formal document, the Guide priority interventions WHO published April 3, 2009. This Guide "... provides technical information on a range of topics, from how to expand condom programming to the latest standards and treatment guidelines." In paragraph 1.2.1.1 entitled Promoting and supporting condom use (p. 16) it is written that "The correct and consistent use of condoms reduces the risk of sexual transmission of HIV by 80-90%." If the use is "correct and consistent" means that that risk comes from "material" used ! In fact, research undertaken for ten years to improve the manufacture of condoms have still not resulted in eliminating smaller (but too large) microholes . Otherwise, the whole world would have been informed in large media uproar.
